2. VedicOrbit Services

VedicOrbit provides digital services related to Daily Panchangam, Vedic calendar information, spiritual content, developer tools and API services. Features may be added, changed, improved or removed as the platform evolves.

3. Panchangam and Spiritual Information

Panchangam, Muhurtham, Tithi, Nakshatra, Rasi and related information is provided for informational, cultural and spiritual purposes. Calculations may vary between traditional systems, regional practices, locations and astronomical methods.

4. Accounts

Certain services may require you to create or use an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.

You must provide accurate information and must not use another person's account without authorization.

5. API Keys

API keys issued by VedicOrbit are confidential credentials and must be kept private.

You must not publish API keys in public repositories, browser-side source code or other publicly accessible locations.

You are responsible for usage generated through your API key until the key is revoked or rotated.

6. API Usage Limits

API plans may include monthly request limits. Requests exceeding the applicable plan limit may be rejected until the usage period resets or the customer upgrades to another plan.

7. Paid Plans and Payments

Certain API plans and services are paid. Prices and plan limits are displayed on the relevant VedicOrbit service pages.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Payment processing may also be subject to the provider's terms and policies.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility may depend on the nature of the payment, technical circumstances and applicable policies. Failed or reversed payments may be handled by the relevant payment provider or bank. Customers may contact VedicOrbit support regarding billing issues.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse VedicOrbit services, attempt unauthorized access, bypass request limits, interfere with platform security, distribute credentials, abuse infrastructure or use the services for unlawful purposes.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep VedicOrbit services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party services, network issues or technical events may temporarily affect access.

11. Intellectual Property

The VedicOrbit name, website design, software, API implementation, original content and related platform materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold or redistributed except where expressly permitted.

12. Suspension or Termination

VedicOrbit may restrict, suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, prevent misuse, address security concerns or enforce these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability
